It’s October 10th already?! How did that happen? 😳

Sorry I’ve  been quiet on the blogging front but I’ve been busy with work and general life.

Remember the post I wrote about my photography? Well I’ve made a start on putting my ideas into place. I’m in the middle of doing a photography diploma, which has helped me understand my camera more. I’ve started an Instagram feed and Facebook page. I’ve carried out several photo shoots to get some ‘posed’  images.

Its my hubby’s 40th birthday next week and I’ve booked a night at a hotel in the Cotswolds for us… And to have a go on some quad bikes, slightly nervous about that part!! No doubt I shall have several stories to tell you after.

One of my best friends, who I meet when I was 18 (21 years ago!) when we started our nurse training together then went on to work on the same wards for the rest of our career, has left to relocate. It’s definitely an end to an era and will be very strange to not have her living nearby and working alongside each other. But I wish her all the luck in the world with her new job and to finally spend quality time with her husband.

So there we have it my life in a nutshell.
