Last week I visited the gorgeous Cotswolds lavender fields near Broadway.

The heady scent of lavender on warm summers day… Not everyone’s cuppa tea, but it is for me! The mixture of wild flowers  too is perfect, along with the lovely views of the  English countryside. As you wander through the field, if you stop and listen you can hear the Bees happily buzzing away.

We also stopped at the tearoom and drank tea along with lavender shortcake ( of course!)  There’s also a shop where you can buy some of the lavender plants and various types of products.
