🌷 It’s finally Spring! Hurray! My favourite season.
The reason being, I love the start of colour coming into the garden from the daffodils, snowdrops and crocuses poking their colourful heads up through the soil. The start of the sunny {warm..ish} days where you can enjoy time outside. Watching the little baby lambs play and leap with joy next to their mothers….Also it’s my birthday the beginning of April and I get to spend the day with the people I love the most.

I bought this gorgeous anemone from the local garden centre recently, I just love the colour!
The garden is going to undergo a makeover this year. We started it last year by painting the fences with paint from Wilkinsons, I bought a new bench and my Auntie very generously gave us her large outdoor table and chairs which I can’t wait to sit around once it’s warmer. I also bought a chiminea from a garden centre and some festoon lights from Cox&Cox. This year we have already started to clear the back border, which had a very thorny bush growing along the fence and just general green shrubbery. So once that’s all gone we will fill it with some prettiness and colourful plants.
Yesterday I bought a new cherry blossom tree to plant, I’ve always loved cherry blossom it reminds me of when I was at first school and sitting under a blossom tree with my friends. 🌸

I also bought the bird table last year and painted it pale blue 💙
